Lemon is a fruit in season in spring and summer. It is rich in vitamin C and especially less acidic than orange juice PH contrary to what one might think. Its characteristic of being a natural antiseptic, gives him a place in the range of fruit to eat when a sore throat or infections, and skin problems and its diuretic property taken for the proper functioning fi of the kidney. It also contains flavonoids fi which are antioxidants, and thus could play a role against degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's fi disease.
