Seeing that all municipal employees qpr had e invitation to a start-up meeting on mental illness. Seems like a good project, however, those who called or municipality based on the answers that now spread over emails. Several workplaces respond that I do not see möjligthet to go. Cause no substitutes, too little staffing, risk psyksik illness.
The reactions are so is not surprising, it reflects the signals we get these. Words despair, stress, can not be bothered, how do we cope are words that are commonly used in conversations I have with members.
Have Yourself got to me in conversation with employer representatives last time that the budget always goes first, the work has to stand back. This is an employer who says he wants to be an attractive employer.
And really, it's not surprising that you are experiencing "temporary worker shortage" when the major labor intensive activities seems to be more workers. The school is the worst of all, unfortunately there seems to be clueless how employees work and how much staff you need.
