Cocktail with a dash of gin The specialty of this cocktail, the Negroni, an aperitif Campari, gin and sweet red vermouth. paok The drink would have been born in 1919, when Camillo Negroni, a Florentine nobleman, in his favorite pub Casoni Bar ever wanted to order something other than the Americano he always normally drank (a mix of Campari, vermouth and soda water). Negroni, however, was not so inventive, so the only thing he wanted was finally a dash of gin in his cocktail. However, the bartender of Casoni had no problems paok with it and made the first Negroni together.
Cocktail to Venetian colors paok ... On the map a cocktail which was first bestowed in Venice: e. Giuseppe paok Cipriani, paok the owner of Harry's Bar in Venice, ever made a cocktail paok of prosecco and peach. Was the color of the drink according to Cipriani exactly paok the same as the color of the robe of a saint on one of the paintings by Bellini. As a tribute to his fellow therefore Cipriani decided the drink to give his name.
The history of this drink red starting in 1860 the Caffé dell'Amicizia, the "Friendship Café", in Novara, paok which was owned by Gaspare Campari. Campari wanted next to the famous drinks paok also donate their own brew, but though he worked almost day and night, he succeeded not only in making sweets. Until that one night he took another sip and taste was so surprised that he spontaneously drank the whole glass. He perfected the recipe anything before he went to officially give the guests, called bitter all'uso di Olanda - because Dutch liqueurs in his cafe were so popular.
Fortunately, the roles are reversed and we can enjoy in the Netherlands aperitivi all'uso di Italia. Mercato Campari unfortunately not last long - this Italian-inspired cocktail bar is only open until mid-December. Soon go so toast!
